Orders shipped via FedEx Standard, FedEx Standard Overnight, and FedEx International Standard are guaranteed average delivery times beginning with the first business day after the order was shipped. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, please check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email or by logging in to your account.



During promotions and holidays shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.



US SHIPPING:

• Complimentary FedEx 2-Day Shipping
• Orders placed by 1:00PM PST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability.
• Orders placed after 1:00PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.



FEDEX STANDARD OVERNIGHT:

• Orders placed by 1:00PM PST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability.
• Orders placed after 1:00PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Expedited shipping does not include weekend delivery.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on standard rates supplied by FedEx, which varies based on package size, weight, and shipping destination.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• Orders placed by 1:00PM PST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability.
• Orders placed after 1:00PM PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Orders shipped via FedEx International are typically delivered in 5-7 business days after processing.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on standard rates supplied by FedEx, which varies based on package size, weight, and shipping destination.
• International orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and fees imposed by your country’s customs upon arrival. Recipient is responsible for these import fees.
